COMMERCIAL ENGAGEMENT TERMS

2.1 Scope of Services. CodeCraftVision provides software development, cloud-native platform engineering, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and related consulting services as described in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between parties.

2.2 Intellectual Property. Upon complete payment of all agreed invoices, CodeCraftVision assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables, source code, and design assets to the Client. 2.5 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, as governed by separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) where applicable.
